The Spanish flu pandemic started it first wave in Spain of 1918 in San Sebastion. 10% to 20% of those who were infected died from is infectious disease. The third of the world population became infected, that resulted in 3% to 6% of the entire global population died. The Spanish flu almost killed as many as 25 million people in its first 25 weeks of it reign. This virus spread like wild fire.
